OUR  SCOTTISH  HIGHLAND  CATTLE

At Hamilton Farms we strive to fill a need in the community for naturally raised beef to local customers and the Spokane area. We raise hearty Scottish Highland Cattle, which, because of their long hair, are low in fat.  Our grass fed locker beef is raised without the use of hormones and with added supplements of minerals and kelp. We  are unique in the ability of our customers to observe how the animals are humanely and naturally raised. Our meat is sold in quarters, halves and wholes. We also have packages of lean ground beef available for our customers.

We occasionally have bulls which can be registered for sale. We are building our herd with our heifers.

Each new addition to our herd is welcomed and have individual names including the steers. No matter how long their life span is here at Hamilton Farms, each animal is respected and treated humanely.

No part of our animals are wasted. We have tanned hides available for purchase. We process the skulls and horns for sale along with other farm products.
